We’re excited to welcome Lukas Erlebach as a Venture Partner at 4impact!

Lukas is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with over 15 years of experience in building, scaling, and supporting high-growth companies. He co-founded Joblift, where he served as CEO, and was a senior leader at Zalando, one of Europe’s most successful digital platforms. Throughout his career, he has worked with venture capital and private equity-backed businesses, helping them grow strategically, expand into new markets, and build high-performing sales and operations teams.

His strengths lie in strategy, fundraising, go-to-market execution, and business development, with a strong focus on scaling companies across different markets. Lukas understands the challenges founders face at different growth stages and has a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex business problems. He has successfully led teams through key expansion phases, helping businesses refine their strategies, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency.

Beyond his expertise in scaling businesses, Lukas is deeply passionate about technology and software-driven solutions that address real-world problems.
