This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the world of venture capital, gaining firsthand experience in our investment processes and decision-making frameworks. You'll play a pivotal role in our journey toward becoming a lean, data-centric VC, building upon the foundations laid by previous tech interns who have already contributed to our digital evolution.

We are now looking for a proactive and motivated AI TECHNOLOGY INTERN to join our team!

• Part-time or full-time (80% to 100% based on 40-hr week)
• 3-6 months internship, starting date from May 2025 onwards (to be discussed)
• We gather in our lovely office in the Hague twice a week, and would love for you to join us there in person
• We do business in English

The role:

You’ll help strengthen our tech-driven investment operations, focusing on:

• Enhancing the scope and quality of incoming startup data and market intelligence
• Automating internal workflows through no-/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n) and cutting-edge AI tools
• Optimizing our deal flow by improving sourcing, screening, and due diligence capabilities
• Empowering our team to operate more efficiently and effectively through smart productivity and AI-driven solutions
• Managing and scaling our technology stack (including Google Suite, Copper CRM, Zapier, OpenAI, and various API integrations) to build a more data-driven VC
• Crafting insightful analyses and strategic reports from our data sources
• Exploring new opportunities and implementing your own ideas to achieve the above
• Collaborating directly with our Partners and Associates to co-develop 4impact’s internal technology and data strategy

‍This role is a great fit for you if you are:

• Passionate about technology-driven efficiency and process optimization
• Excited to contribute to building a lean, data-driven organization for greater impact
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable managing projects with minimal supervision
• Energized by using data to reduce noise and achieve clarity, directly influencing our investment decisions
• Currently enrolled at an EU-registered university, preferably in your final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant fields (e.g., computer science, data analytics, information technology)
• Fluent in English
